Ben Kendrick is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a minor in Business Administration. After relocating to New York, Ben completed a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing, emphasizing in fiction, at the New School in Greenwich Village. In his professional life, he serves as an adjunct professor at ASA college in Brooklyn, editor-in-chief of LIT Magazine, as well as a writer and editor for the websites Screen Rant and Game Rant. In the near future he intends to expand his publishing credits into the fiction genre.
In addition to his education, Ben is currently working on a novel. In Wanted, Devlin, a risk management consultant, realizes that his overnight flight from the law has no particular long-range plan. A, mostly, innocent man accused of masterminding a terrorist attack, he decides his best chances lay past the Canadian border. His escape becomes increasingly more complicated as unexpected, but not altogether unpleasant, elements enter the story. Wanted is a social satire inspired by the idea that sometimes refusing to give the people what they want is the only way to truly be liberated.
